Measure Opening (Just making sure you got the right size)- Step three

Measure New Window (make sure you are smaller then the opening) - Step Four

Score Trim - Step Five

Remove Trim Intact Gently to Reuse - Step Six

Vacuum - Step Seven (and throughout operation)

Measure Rough Opening Again (Last Chance to turn around) - Step Eight

Cut Counter Balance - Step Nine

Remove Stop and Counter Balance - Step Ten

Pull Window Out- Step Eleven

Remove Stop (Both Sides)- Step Twelve

Vacuum - Step Thirteen

Remove Counter Balance in Upper Window and Remove Window - Step Fourteen

Pull Upper Window Out (Also Metal Track) - Step Fifteen

Remove Old Screen Bracket - Step Sixteen

Remove Protruding Wood that was between Windows - Not Outer Lip - Step Seventeen

Finished Removal of Old Window - Step Eighteen

Big Hole - Step Nineteen

Caulk Opening - Step Twenty

Set New Window in Place - Step Twenty One

Level, Square, and Screw - Step Twenty Two

Caulk - Step Twenty Three

Install Trim (Top First, then Sides) - Step Twenty Four

Side Trim Install - Step Twenty Five

Use Nail Set to Drive Finish Nails Below Surface - Step Twenty Six

Reinstall Blinds - Step Twenty Seven

Done Under Two Hours With Taking and Processing Pictures - Step Twenty Eight

Toast with Lemonade!

Did Not have to go outside at all (Great for those who have multi-story house)
